I’m skilled at leading software engineering teams using agile best practices to deliver high-quality work. By applying practical, iterative methods and a philosophy of servant leadership, I help engineers build useful products and continuously improve their workflow.

My recent roles include serving as a manager of up to 15 direct reports, a scrum master for multiple software engineering teams, and a trainer for many internal colleagues. I’m also skilled at building automated reports and dashboards to demonstrate a team’s progress and proactively identify issues.
