Mike Devine is a technology leader with 30 years of experience in a wide variety of industries.
His primary area of expertise is agile software development, which calls for a common-sense, iterative approach that helps engineers build useful applications and systems.
Mike is currently serving as a consultant for Artemis Factor, a project management firm that is leading an agile transformation initiative for a global pharmaceutical client. Prior to that, Mike worked in a leadership role at kfc, where he directed the agile framework and release management process for their consumer website and mobile app teams.
During the previous 13 years, Mike worked at Comcast, where he managed teams of talented scrum masters and developed agile training workshops. He also served as a scrum master for several engineering teams, including Xfinity Mobile and the interactive division that launched xfinity.com, the consumer portal with over 40 million monthly users at the time.

Earlier in his career, Mike worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a web developer on tactical projects and as a technical lead for strategic r&d applications. Mike also built healthcare-related websites at two interactive agencies, Medical Broadcasting Company and Refinery, Inc., and developed financial data warehouse systems at Vanguard.
Mike is a proud alumnus of Penn State University, where he majored in Management Science and Information Systems. He also completed an honors curriculum and senior thesis through Penn State’s University Scholars Program (now the Schreyer Honors College).
Mike lives in Newtown Square, Pa., with his wife and two sons.
