I’m leading the agile methodology for several engineering teams at Comcast in Philadelphia.

Using my technical background as a former Web developer, I apply a common-sense, iterative approach to building software and help our teams continuously improve our customer experience.

I believe in communicating without resorting to buzzwords, starting meetings on time and ending them early, and keeping a healthy sense of humor (Office Space quotes are a personal favorite, naturally).

Fun facts: I competed in the 1988 National Spelling Bee as an eighth grader, and later worked on the Walt Disney World College Program as a monorail driver in 1995.
